NEW! Electronic Notarization
Getting your documents notarized has never been easier. Can’t meet in person? No problem!
We are now providing Electronic Notarization services at AYBAR, simply book your appointment on the day and time of your availability, and get your document notarized online.
How does it work? On the day of your appointment, you’ll meet the notary on a live video communication platform (Ex. WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom), present your document of identification, submit your document to the notary, electronically sign & receive your final document notarized.
Our Policies are changing …
Within the last couple of years, we’ve had a high volume of unpaid invoices after services have been rendered, some for weeks, months, and even years. This has unfortunately caused a chain reaction of negative effects on our company’s finances and project plans, as we aim to continue to improve our products, services, and operations.
It is important to me as the founder and owner to make sure every client receives the most Professional Service for their document or legal requests, by saving everyone time and money.
While these changes may not affect everyone, it is important that we communicate any big or small change to all of our clients, as you all are the seed that has grown our company throughout these years with the wonderful marketing tool of “word of mouth.” It is our main goal to provide everyone with the most effective service within our agency.
Effective July 14, 2023, deposits will longer be permitted,
Full Payments will be required before any services are performed.
LATE FEES & OVERDUE INVOICES
Beginning August 1, 2023, a $50 late fee will be applied monthly on any open invoice past due more than 7 days. Additionally, any invoice past due more than 90 days will begin to assume an interest rate fee of 3% thereafter. Any invoice overdue for more than 365 days will be sent to collections.
Effective January 1, 2024, all members, businesses included will be required to have a signed Power of Attorney Form, and it is to be updated annually.
Any open invoice past due from January 1, 2022, or earlier will be sent to collections if the balance is still outstanding by November 1, 2023, including interest fees.
We will continue to send reminders as we approach the date.
Our Membership Plans are Changing
In 2022, we introduced AYBAR MEMBERSHIPS, to give our clients the best prices for their annual services and to receive rewards for all their purchases.
We will be condensing our current 6 plans, into 3 simple plans by the end of September, and we’ll send those updates in the August 2023 Newsletter.
Starting July 1, 2023, we’re introducing a loyalty program for all.
For every $1 spent at AYBAR, you’ll receive 2 points.
For every 1000 points, you’ll redeem $100
We will be rewarding our current members
with some welcoming points and points for referrals
