2001- the BIRTH OF DJ LINDA
Linda grew up in a Dominican Family-Social Club, formerly known as 30 de Marzo, attending cultural and political events, all of which involved music and dancing. Admiring the booth that overviewed the hall from 5 feet above, Linda watched as Deejays controlled the crowd mixing music with CDs. At any given opportunity she could, she would sneak into the booth and begin playing around with CDs in 2001.
Linda threw her first house party in 2004, in the basement of her parent’s house, resulting in a broken wall that ended the party early.
During her High School years 2006-2007, Linda began hosting and promoting Parties at the Social Club, where she would Deejay her own set.
