MINIMALIST: VEGETARIAN

Mix Between Vegetarian & Vegan, dairy products permitted – essential plan for women who are pregnant & beginners/first-time fasters.

MODERN: VEGAN

Mix Between Whole Foods, Vegetables and Processed Vegan Foods
(Ex. Impossible Meats, Beyond, VioLife, etc.)

CAVEMAN BALLS: RAW VEGAN

Whole Foods, No Processed Ingredients (Ex. Impossible Meats, Beyond, VioLife, etc.), Raw, Clean ingredients foods

FASTING SCHEDULE

THE SCHEDULES APPLY FOR BOTH MORNING AND EVENING HOURS ( AM and PM).

  • During these hours you can use all four elements to prepare a hot meal using fire, earth, water and air.

  • During these hours you are allowed to drink water.

    WATER ONLY Fasting Begins at 9:00.

  • During these hours you are DRY Fasting.

    NO WATER or SOLIDS can enter the body.

    **Cannabis Smoking Permitted

  • During these hours you are allowed to consume dry solids that don't require preparation:

    Fruits, Nuts, Seeds, Granola Bar.

    You can begin to consume WATER at 5:30

YOU’VE SETUP CAMP AND STARTED A FIRE TO PREPARE FOOD & REFUEL.

BETWEEN 21:00 - 06:00 (9PM-6AM)
RESET.YOU’RE PREPARING FOR REST TO RECHARGE FOR THE NEXT DAY.

RECOMMENEDED BEDTIME IS 23:00 – 23:30 (11-11:30PM)

IF YOU CAN’T CREATE IT AT HOME, YOU CANNOT CONSUME IT,
FOOD IS A BLESSING AND COOKING IS A SURVIVAL SKILL,

USE WHAT YOU HAVE LEFT.

If you don’t know how to bake bread you cannot consume it during your fast, unless you attempt to make it at least once.]

SEX IS ONLY PERMITTED FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE MARRIED, IT IS IMPORTANT TO REGARD YOUR SPOUSE’S NEEDS,
UNLESS THE OTHER PARTNER IS ALSO FASTING AND IN AGREEMENT TO REFRAIN FROM SEXUAL INTERCOURSE.
PERSONAL PLEASURE IS ALSO PROHIBITED.

This is a physical and psychological exercise to build Self-Control and Self-awareness.

CANNABIS

SMOKING CANNABIS IS PERMITTED THROUGHOUT ALL HOURS
(EDIBLES ARE NOT PERMITTED) –
THE ELEMENT MUST BE IN ITS NATURAL FORM AND UNPROCESSED IN ORDER TO BE CONSUMED.

This is a natural process in which a natural EARTH element (Cannabis Plant) when burned with FIRE, creating a chemical reaction in which can be inhaled by AIR, releasing its natural benefits aiding the body as an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and other physical and wellness benefits for individuals who suffer from stress, anxiety and/or insomnia.

*KEEP IN MIND THAT DURING AIR HOURS YOU CANNOT DRINK OR EAT IF YOU CHOOSE TO SMOKE (COTTON MOUTH).

  • You can only use fire from your candle to light-up which serves as a “traveling lantern” in your home. 

  • Using hemp wick is encouraged and can be used for travel with lighters

  • You can use a lighter during fire hours

  • You can smoke if someone else control’s the fire and you are offered.
    You cannot persuade or insinuate someone to light you up.
